The Right Breathing To Last Longer
If you can’t last in bed without coming then there’s a good that you are not breathing the right way during sex.
How to breathe when you’re having sex:
- with your mouth closed breath in through your nose slowly and steadily for about 12 seconds
- make a small gap between your lips and breathe out for about 10 seconds
And that’s the basics. But there are some things you need to make sure of.
Tips for better breathing to last longer during sex:
- Always breathe in through your nose. Never your mouth
- Make sure you are not tensing your core and pelvic muscles when breathing
- When breathing out focus on how your breath feels as it passes the small gap between your lips
- When breathing out visualize tension also exiting (you can visualize it in the form of dark smoke – There’s a module on visualization in the Stamina Coach Program)
- synchronize your breathing to your sexual movement (3 in and outs per inward breath cycle)
There are many reasons why these techniques will help you last longer before coming.
