Hey guys. Adam here. Fist up. Be warned that this is a long post. And in it, I’ll be outlining all the ways you can hack your ejaculation system to permanently stop premature ejaculation.
Everything You Can Do To Permanently Cure Premature Ejaculation
All of the methods I’ll be showing you can be done on your own. And you won’t need to buy any other products. So there are no pills, numbing sprays, or weird devices. nothing like that.
And more significantly you’ll be reprogramming the chain of events that goes on inside your body to cause you to ejaculate early.
It’s not hard to do, once you know what to focus on…
Just be prepared to learn, rethink some of your assumptions and follow ALL of the steps I’ll show you. If you do all this you will learn how to stop premature ejaculation within a month.
There are going to be a few mental changes you’ll have to make but most of the improvements are going to be from the physical training and improvements you’ll be implementing.
and to make it easier for you to follow I’ve broken what you’ll need to do into 6 parts.
Mindset Changes To Last Longer In Bed
Often the mental causes of premature ejaculation are overstated with guys who have PE getting told that they have some deep-rooted mental issues or disorders. But that is almost always not the case.
Premature ejaculation is almost always caused by a lack of physical skills and not a psychological disorder. That’s why the most important thing for you to do is learn all the physical skills and exercises for premature ejaculation I’ll show you on this page.
But there are some mental changes you will need to make. They’re easy to do so let’s cover them first
View sex as an activity: Don’t think of sex as something mystical or amazing. Sure it’s a whole lot of fun when done the right way but at the end of the day, it is just another activity.
Your Sexual Focus during sex should always be fully on your partner. I’ll give you some training methods to improve this but for now, just make sure that you are fully focused on her. How does her skin feel, how does he hair smell, feel her breath. (not only the sexual parts)
Ride the wave: Don’t think of your ejaculation like pressure building up until you can’t hold it any longer and you burst. That’s the wrong mindset and it’s not what is actually happening. I talk about this in more detail down the page in the “turnbacks section” and it’s all about viewing arousal as a wave that can be ridden. not as an unavoidable build-up of pressure.
See the opposite sex as a person. Some guys view the opposite sex as a completely different species and this can cause anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. The truth is, your partner is just another human being. Her DNA is 99.9 percent the same as you and she has many of the same feelings and anxieties as you.
Train like it’s a sport: Don’t fall into the trap of thinking men are either good or bad at sex naturally. View sex like a sport. You need to train to be good at it. And this is especially true for building sexual stamina and ejaculatory control.
Lighten up your thinking: Remind yourself that it’s not the end of the world if you happen to ejaculate early. Life goes on. keep training. You will get better. Don’t be scared to tell a joke or even make fun of yourself.
Keep your muscles relaxed: Anything you can do mentally to keep your muscles relaxed you should do. I’ll be giving you a lot of techniques, tricks and training techniques to help you do this. This is important!
Be accountable: You have the tools available to train and stop your premature ejaculation. But you have to make the mental decision to want it and work at it. Some men can’t or are unwilling to do this.
And that’s it. There are 8 simple mindset changes that you can make right now. If you can to that. You are well on the way. And now it’s time for you to learn the physical skills of ejaculation control.
Breathing Methods To Reduce Early Ejaculation
If developing ejaculation control was the game of basketball, Breathing would be like learning to dribble. It’s a foundation skill.
It’s quick and easy to learn. It can make a difference straight away. And it’s something that 99 percent of men with premature ejaculation get wrong.
So we are going to start here.
breathing the correct way is simple.
Best Breathing Technique To Prevent Premature Ejaculation
Step 1: Breathe in through your nose for about 8-10 seconds
- Focus on the feel of the air you are inhaling through your nose. notice the feeling of it as it.
- Instead of counting for 10 seconds, during sex, time yourself by thrusts. For example, breath in once for every 3 times, you enter your partner.
- Don’t hold or pause between your inhale and exhale because that will cause you to tense your pelvic muscles. For example, try breathing in right now and holding for 5 seconds. Notice that when you hold, your abdomen starts to automatically tense the surrounding muscles? this is something you will always want to avoid. More on this down the page.
Step 2: Breathe out through your mouth for 8 seconds
- While breathing out don’t open your mouth too wide. There should be just a small gap between your lips
- Focus on the feel of the air running past your lips as you exhale
- Make sure that you are not tensing your core muscles, especially during the last few seconds of your exhale (A lot of guys do this unconsciously
- Visualize tension being breathed out each time.
How To Breathe From Your Diagram
If you want to prevent premature ejaculation make sure you are breathing from your diaphragm and not your lungs.
Basically, you should be breathing from as low down as possible. Spend some time practicing breathing like this while always being aware not to over tense your abdominal muscles.
The simplest way to ensure that you are using diaphragmatic breathing is to make sure that when you breathe in that your rib cage expands and when you breathe out, that your abdomen expands (1).
I recommend that you be conscious of your breathing before sex has begun. Don’t just start breathing correctly when you feel yourself losing control (I have 3 special breathing techniques for moments like this in the full stamina coach training program).
And honestly guys. That is pretty much it.
Just breathe in the way I have described both before and during sex and you’ll have a really solid foundation for the more advanced hacks and skills I’ll show you next.
Premature Ejaculation Exercises
To permanently cure premature ejaculation you’re going to have to do some training. It’s the only way. What I’ve shown you up until now will help, but here is where we give you the skills and techniques to
Edging Training Exercises To Prevent Premature Ejaculation
Edging Exercises for premature ejaculation serve two important purposes. Firstly, they help you get better at understanding your arousal level and when you are approaching the point of no return.
Secondly, well-designed edging exercises will help you practice reducing your arousal using a variety of techniques.
The stop and start and the squeeze technique are forms of traditional edging that most guides will show you, but here at the Stamina Coach, we recommend a different approach to these traditional, old-school, methods.
Your edging exercises should be as close to real sex as possible, so stopping to squeeze the head of your penis (as is suggested in the squeeze method) is going to lead to the wrong sexual mindset and the wrong conditing.
not stopping and starting and instead slowly reducing and increasing stimulation levels.
Edging can be done either on your own or with your partner. Here is an example of a basic solo edging exercise.
How To Edge To Improve Ejaculatory Control
- find a place where you are alone, safe, and can relax
- turn of the porn or any other outside input.
- Begin to stimulate yourself
- Before reaching your climax (the point of no return) reduce stimulation level until your arousal level subsides (try to do this without stopping completely)
- When you feel your arousal lower, increase stimulation level again.
- Repeat as many times as you can
To get the most out of your edging training you should be using it to practice all of your techniques that includes:
- Breathing correctly at all times
- Focusing in on as many senses as possible
- Practicing your PC push method to cool your system
- Practicing your specific cool down breathing at the right time
- Be aware of your arousal level and take the right action at the right time
As you get more advanced levels of training you’ll be able to handle high levels of stimulation and be able to ride your arousal level up and down almost automatically.
It’s Ok for you to start edging training on your own now. But I can’t stress enough how much more effective edging will be when you first learn all the turnback and instant cool down methods first.

Focus Training
Your sexual focus is very important and it is something that can also be improved with exercises and training.
The idea is to train your mind to automatically focus in on the full spectrum of sensations your body is feeling. We do this to stop you from hyper-focusing in on just the sensations on your penis which is something just about all guys with premature ejaculation do automatically.
When you get good at this you’ll be able to:
- Put yourself in the zone
- Use this method instead of the distraction method (this is 10 times more effective)
- Get lost in the moment during sex (and before you know it you’ll be 20 minutes in)
Kegels Exercises For Premature Ejaculation
Many places tell men to do Kegels exercises to stop premature ejaculation but these exercises can make your PE worse if overused or done incorrectly.
Stamina Kegels
This is why I have developed a new form of Kegels exercises. I call them Stamina Kegels and there much better at giving you the control that you need over your trigger muscle (PC Muscle).
After some targeted training, you should get to a level where you can purposefully release relax this muscle on call
Quick Cooldown Methods (Great For Emergencies)
Next, we’ll take a timeout from the training and give you some tricks to use to help you last longer tonight.
The tongue twirl
The next tip is a very simple way to re-align your focus away from your penis.
Breath and stroke method
this method also helps you switch focus while simultaneously helping you relax core muscles
The PC push
To do the PC push you should have done some of the reverse Kegels or better still the Stamina Kegels from the course. This is a bit more advanced than the first two methods and it is great for achieving full turnbacks (more on these in the next section).
The great thing about knowing a large number of cool-down techniques is that you can mix and match and combine them. There’s no need to only choose one. Practice and find which ones work best for you in each situation.
- As you are nearing the point of no return push your PC muscle out
- Make sure not to tense your surrounding muscles
- As you push out imagine tension being released
Turnbacks
The quick methods I’ve just shown you should be good to cover you for now. But to consistently cool your system down each and every time you’re going to need a combined approach. Because now we have a single goal. Turnbacks.
What is a turnback?
Turnbacks are a key pillar of the Stamina Coach training course and they are the key to gaining total control of your ejaculation. A turnback is when you feel your arousal rising towards the point of no return and are able to turn it around and bring your arousal level back down.
Once you have completed one turn back, your chances of lasting longer during sex will increase during sex dramatically.

Understanding Premature Ejaculation
Another important step along your path towards stopping premature ejaculation pertinently is to understand what premature ejaculation is, and what is REALLY happening in your body.
First up. And this is something I make sure to drill into my private clients from the get-go. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. mind the full caps, but this is important and it’s something you need to be sure of.
Premature ejaculation isn’t a disease. It isn’t a condition. And it is not permanent.
It isn’t a part of you.
It’s a temporary situation. It will only happen until the time that you develop a few simple skills that will allow you to control your ejaculatory mechanism.
Picture a standard guy who can’t swim. Does he have a disease? is that just the way he is? should he go to the doctor for some treatment?
Of course not. He just needs to learn the techniques of swimming and then practice. And in a few weeks, he’ll be swimming fine. Well, you know what. It’s exactly the same situation with you and your premature ejaculation.
So that’s the first step. to view this issue as it really is and understand that it’s not permanent.
